    Hello Nia, I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

    1. You can make bootable Windows 10 media on a Mac as shown here:

    https://www.makeuseof.com/create-windows-10-boo...

    https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/how-make-a-wi...

    1. I will show you how to use the built-in WinRE Repair Mode or bootable media to do all possible repairs for Windows 10, leading up to if necessary creating a new Local Admin account, doing a Reset or gold standard Clean Install:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

    1. When you get back into Windows here are fixes for DVD drive:

    https://www.minitool.com/data-recovery/windows-...

    https://www.groovypost.com/howto/fix-dvd-cd-dri...

    1. There is no DVD player in Windows 10, they want us to buy one from the MS Store. But there are better free options here: http://www.pcworld.com/article/2953724/windows/.... I recommend VLC which is the world's most popular player: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html

    Let me know if you have any questions or I can help performing any of the above steps. If you'll post back detailed results on each step in each tutorial, it will help me determine what else needs to be tried.

    Hello, how are you?

    I understand that you have startup issues on your Windows, I'm really sorry about that.

    Unfortunately, simply copying the ISO to the USB stick does not make it a bootable device.

    You will need to create it using the Media Creator Tool or use the ISO through Rufus to create the bootable USB stick.

    In that case another computer is needed, would it be possible to create the USB on another computer of a friend or neighbor to try to fix this computer?

    1. Download the tool according to the Windows 10 architecture installed here:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209;

    1. Run the downloaded setup and click Create installation media for another computer;
    2. Select the Language, then select the edition and architecture according to the installed Windows 10;
    3. Connect the Pen Drive;
    4. Click Next;
    5. Select the USB Flash Drive option and click Next.
    6. Click Finish.
    7. Boot with the Pen Drive;
    8. When the installation window appears, click Repair your computer.
    9. Click Troubleshooting> Advanced Options;

    Among the options presented, follow the procedures below:

    Restore the System to an earlier date:

    Click Troubleshooting> Advanced Options> System Restore, choose a date and proceed with the restoration steps.

    Fix startup errors:

    Click Troubleshooting> Advanced Options> Startup Repair.

    Access the System in Safe Mode (Diagnostic Mode):

    Click Troubleshooting> Advanced Options> Startup Settings> click Restart> press the 5 or F5 key to access Safe Mode with Networking.

    Redoing the Windows 10 startup files:

    Click on Troubleshooting> Advanced Options> Command Prompt> enter your Account and enter the commands:

    CHKDSK /f /r /b [Enter]

    Bootrec /Scanos [Enter]

    Bootrec /Rebuildbcd [Enter]

    Bootrec /Fixmbr [Enter]

    Bootrec /Fixboot [Enter]

    Restore the System while maintaining files:

    Click Troubleshooting> Restore your PC> Maintain my files.

    Restore the System by deleting everything:

    Troubleshooting> Restore your PC> Remove Everything.
