sfc /scannow
Press Enter.

I was having an issue with images loading a bit slowly in my folders and one of the suggestions was to do a disk cleanup and make sure the thumbnails box was checked.
However, I have no thumbnails box. The last box is Temporary Files
There is a previous thread with an answer that is just a google search, not helpful at all.
Can anyone offer some help?

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.
This seems to have fixed the thumbnails showing up.
