Hello Mohamed Fahim,

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on the information you provided and our analysis of the dump files, it appears that the issue is related to a hardware error. Specifically, the error indicates a problem with the CPU, and it points to the AuthenticAMD.sys file, which suggests that the issue may be related to the CPU or associated hardware.

To further diagnose the problem, we recommend taking the following steps:

It is worth noting that several factors could cause this problem, including CPU overheating, an unstable power supply, incompatible memory, or incorrect BIOS settings. Some users have reported success in resolving the issue by disabling Core Performance Boost and setting Power Supply Idle to typical. These are steps you could try.

If the problem persists, you should check if your cooling system is functioning correctly, if your power supply can meet the CPU's power requirements, and if your memory module meets the CPU and motherboard's specifications. You could also try updating or downgrading your BIOS version to see if it resolves the issue.

There could be other possible causes such as CPU cache issues or memory frequency and F-Clock mismatches. You can check if your CPU cache is damaged or dirty, and if your memory frequency is synchronized with F-Clock. If not, you could try adjusting the memory frequency.

Please take appropriate safety precautions, such as using an anti-static wrist strap, before attempting any hardware operations.

In summary, there appears to be a hardware issue with your device. If the problem persists, we recommend contacting the device manufacturer for further assistance: International Support Representatives | AMD
