Windows 11 upgrade error

I tried upgrading my pc to Windows 11, but it reboots when updating and at around 91% it says that its restoring the previous installation of windows. Here is the setuperr log:

    Pls download SetupDiag from this link and run it. The tool collects the setup logs and saves them into a zip file named Logs.zip on your desktop. Upload the file to your OneDrive, Dropbox, or any other cloud hosting account and share the link here.
