Laptop not working - please help!!

My laptop the huwei matebook d15 will not turn on properly. I am stuck on a blue page which says choose an option. The options are use a device, troubleshoot, turn off pc. I have tried trouble shooting, startup repair isn't working, I have tried uninstalling the recent update as I updated last night, but that isn't working it says they ran into a problem. I have tried clicking system restore, it says I need to specify which windows installation to restore but doesn't give me any options. Please help me get into my laptop 😭

    That doesn't come up as an option it gives me this page

    Hi EmilyUU,

    Go to Advanced Options - Troubleshoot

    Select Startup Settings and click Restart

    Upon restart, press 5 to enter Safe Mode with Networking

    That error with System Restore indicates there are no save restore points.

    2

    Are any of the other recovery options like booting into Safe Mode, or a Windows Reset also not working for you?
