Windows 11 and Secure Boot

Have been on a Windows 11 install for about 6 months now. Last night I restarted the machine after turning on Memory Integrity in the Device security section. The computer gave an error saying it cannot verify the signature of driver mounthlp.sys. The only way I can get the computer to boot is by turning off Secure boot. What is going with the computer?

Hi prabs99,

Thank you for that information, that driver probably remained on your system after you uninstalled the Paragon software.

Open File Explorer, then navigate to C:\Windows\System32

Search for mounthlp.sys

When you find that file, right click it and select Rename, then rename it to mounthlp.sys.old

Restart your PC and that drive should not load.

    Hi prabs99,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Do you have any Paragon software installed on your PC, mounthlp.sys is known to be a virtual driver associated to Paragon software.
