Open the Settings app, then go to Apps - Installed Apps, do you find a version of McAfee installed on your PC?
If there is, because the standard uninstaller does not fully remove McAfee, the best option is to download the official McAfee Removal tool from this link to completely remove McAfee from your PC, then restart your PC and Windows Security will then be fully in charge of protecting your system.
