Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.WindowsAlarms

Getting Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.WindowsAlarms for most of Windows Store App. APplication works for few minuts after restarting windows however after that it again stops with the error.

Done Windows Reset/Reinstall still facing the same issue

    Hi,
    Please verify your WindowsApps folders and files permissions, because Repair Upgrades/Reinstall won't solve this.
    Permissions on a WindowsApp folder, that for unknown reasons lost all permissions on the files and the folder it self was also with wrong permissions.
