Hello Mario. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

    1. To answer your question Method two merely reinstalled the drivers for your power adapter and battery.

This is why it's especially important that you correctly update your drivers to the latest, which is NOT done from the PC or Device Manager but from the PC or motherboard manufacturer's Support Downloads webpage for your exact model.

    1. But first expedite all WIndows Updates from Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates . Install all including Optional, watch for prompt for Restart, then go back to check again until no more are offered.
    2. Then Update your chipset drivers from the Dell Downloads page here: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Produ... for your Dell Service Tag on sticker located as shown here: https://www.dell.com/support/contents/us/en/04/...

While there check for the latest Chipset, BIOS, Sound, Network, USB3, Bluetooth and all other drivers to compare with the version/date installled for that device in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start Menu. Update any that are newer or branded instead of generic, or work better.

You can also use Dell Support Assist but you need to make sure it actually installs the drivers.

    1. If the Hibernation problem persists after this follow these steps to fix Hibernate in Windows 10:

(Avoid ad links which intrude into editorial copy, especially DO NOT INSTALL Restoro, PC Repair Tool and Reimage ads)

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.
