The threat remediation default actions may have been configured as a regular entry or a registry-based policy. You may run "Get-MpPreference" in PowerShell and compare the settings with another computer. Another thing to check/compare is the Policies key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender.

Some background process tried to run the native console tool sc.exe to disable Microsoft Defender. However, Microsoft Defender thwarted it.
I'd suggest downloading Malwarebytesand running a full scan.
