Driver update (unplugged)

Hello, I'm using the application called Driver Easy to update my drivers. There is a driver called "Intel(R) Management and Security Application Local Management". It says that this driver is unplugged.  I would like to know where I can find the Driver in Device Manager (if applicable) and/or why it states that they are "Unplugged".

My system info:
Desktop-QQCYS, 64-bit windows.

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Devices and drivers

Driver Easy or any third party utility to update drivers, or clean the registry is a realy bad idea, that will trash your PC

If a branded PC update both Bios and all drivers from that makers support page, if they dont have a shortcut to their update utility on your system.

If a self build from the mobo maker and any vid card maker
