Screen time issue. Every time i sign in on my pc, screen time error pops up saying ‘Time’s Up!’. I have attempted to request parents permission to extend time but an error message appears saying ‘Something went wrong, we were unable to send your request. Are you connected to the internet?’ I am connected to the internet but the issue keeps happening. I can’t get physical permission as it’s just my account on the pc making me the administrator. Please help, have been trying everything for hours now. Restarting doesn’t work and safe mode fixing doesn’t work either.

This is not the issue. The time limit and requests system is broken. I am locked out with no way to get back in as it won’t let me send a request. It has been changed to have no limits yet my system still says that i am locked out.

Did you read my question correctly. These things you are suggesting don’t work. Screen time limits have been removed and do not work.

    Hi,

I meant if you leave the family safety group the rules will not apply. So can you please leave the group and check.

    Hi,

We are users here. If you think the time limit system is having issues you will have to check with Microsoft by sending the feedback - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/e1fb7...

Alternatively you can go out of the family safety group to remove the screen time limits.

    Hi ,

Sabya here, Independent Windows Adviser. Hope you are doing well.

The message comes when you are using a child's account and the account is part of family group. The family group owner can setup screen time.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...

Please ask the family group owner to change the time limit.
