Install windows error message

Question

I did a full reset. Now I am getting and error that is saying,"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "ok" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation."

I clicked ok multiple times and it still goes back to this error. I did a hard shut down multiple times and it comes back to this error.

Thoughts or ideas?

Probably some of Windows are corrupted, that's why it presents this problem.

In this case, you will need to create a Windows installation USB and do the Reset using it again.

That way, Windows files will be fixed so you can reconfigure it and resume access to it.

Step 1

Create installation media another computer.

Configure in your computer's BIOS to start via the USB installation.

1. Boot with the Pen Drive;
2. When the installation window appears, click Repair your computer;
3. Click Troubleshooting;
4. Advanced options;
5. Click Restore PC > Choose between "Keep Files" or "Remove All".

Please let me know if you created the Windows install USB and booted from it?

When starting the installation USB, this screen will not be displayed, but the Windows installation screen.

There was no USB used. This was an older laptop that I did a complete reset on. Didn't save any files and had it wipe out everything. It went through the reset. It never reached the desktop screen. Here are the pictures of when I dona hard shut down and power it back on:
