    Do you have MiniTool Partition Wizard installed on your PC?

    if you do, that is causing the 'PW Native Program Not Found' Error

    If you do not have Partition Wizard installed:

    Where are you seeing that error, and what are you doing when you see that error, please provide a screenshot of that error.

    Are you able to get into Windows?
