Windows Installers Package Issue

Hi all, 

      i recently upgrade my system with windows 11 Pro and start installation of SQL 2014 Enterprises Editions. During Installation of SQL 2014, encounter with Windows Installer Package Failer massage.

Exact massage is as Under

"There is a problem with this windows Installer Package. A DLL required for this installation could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
