Please uninstall both of these Antivirus software:

Fortinet

Norton / Symantec

https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiClient/Technical-Tip-Uninstall-of-FortiClient-software/ta-p/191604

https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/156148/uninstall-symantec-endpoint-protection.html

https://support.eset.com/en/kb146-uninstallers-removal-tools-for-common-windows-antivirus-software

Make sure that Microsoft defender is on.

If there are no BSOD for 24 hours then reinstall one of the AV software.

If there is no BSOD after another 24 hours then reinstall the second antivirus software as needed.

Also upgrade the BIOS: 1.55 > 1.58
