unable to install new licenses on RDS License Server 2019

recently I got wrong rds cal Keypacks for Windows 2016 from MS Clearing house. I notice that after I installed this license keys packs. An advicee from ******@msdirectservices.com was, that I can delete this wrong license packs. but after I do that I cannot instll any new license pscks. I always get the error message "This client license key pack has already been installed on this license server."
to delete the license pack I used the Powershell command
wmic /namespace:\root\CIMV2 PATH Win32_TSLicenseKeyPack CALL UninstallLicenseKeyPackWithId ##
I'm afraid that the key number is stil in the database.
is there any way to repair the database without to rebuild it (i have already 1500 licenses installed in this database.

    Hello @Annette F

    Have you opened powershell executing as administrator? If it succeeds ReturnValue will be 0.

    The command should be run on the RD Licensing server with everything running as normal.

    I also recommend you contact the Clearinghouse by telephone and ask them to assist you with remove your RDS CALs.

    thanks for your answer.
    for your first questions:
    Yes, when I removed the licence keys, I opened Powershell as administrator
    yes, the returnvalue was 0

    I have already called Cleatinghouse. They could not help me either. They said they are only responsible for issuing the licenses and I should call technical support. The only advice I got was "the best way to resolve this is for you to call the: +49-(0)800 507 77 77, (Option 2, Option 4, Option 1)
    You have tried to do too many things which has put the server and licenses out of sync. ."
    I called them too (for free call).
    I was told there that I could not install 2016 licences on a 2019 licence server. I would have to upgrade the licences for this!!!!

    Hi Karlie,

    I know this matrix and I was able to install Windows 2016 RDS Cals on the 2019 License server. But since I removed some keys from the database I cannot install news one (totaly news). it seems that something in database went wrong.
    my question is -can I repair the License database in any way?

    Hi Karlie,
    yes I did it. same issue.
    Yesterday, I did rebuild the database. and order new activation keys form clearing house - same issue when I try to install thelicense. (license is already installed)
