Hi there,

My computer keeps crashed due to the Blue Screen issue. I try to run WinDbg by myself. However, it does not work for some reason.

Can anyone help and run the WinDbg for the below file? I have tried to run the WinDbg before, but not sure why it does not work this time. It would be great appreicated if you can tell me the cause of the Blue Screen.

Many thanks.

Ken

    Hi Ken,

That new minidump file is listing the device driver on your Nvidia graphics as the cause of that crash, try installing a different version of that driver form the Nvidia website.

    Hi Dave,

I have removed the current graphic card device driver and install the latest version from Lenovo offical website. However, it does not solve the issue.

Here is the latest mindump file https://1drv.ms/u/s!AswDtK7QKueggpN1m5pPchszVqkskA?e=dmQecf

Could you please take a look and let me know if there is any other problem?

    Thanks,

    Ken

    Hi Ken,

Your minidump files indicate that it is the device driver on your graphics card that is causing the system to crash

You should completely remove the current graphics card device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics card device driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

    Hi Ken,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump file just indicates memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver is listed

Do you have any more minidump files you can upload for analysis?
