Hello,
I use to have a job that required teams and I used my personal phone to setup but I no longer have access to that teams account and I am wanting to setup a new account using that phone number is there any way to remove it from that account?

The Official document provide these tips for you to remove phone number from your account:

1)Sign in to Manage how you sign in to Microsoft with your Microsoft account.

2)Select Your info, and then select Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.

3)Make sure you have one verified option that you can continue to use. If you only have one option and you plan to remove it, add a new phone or email.

4)Under the Account aliases section, select Remove next to the email address or phone number you want to remove.
