Amazon problem

I have 3 Dell computers. ON ALL 3 MACHINES, when I connect to the Amazon web site, my WIFI will disconnect. THIS ONLY, REPEAT O N L Y HAPPENS WHEN ON AMAZON, AND ON ALL 3 MACHINES. All machines work fine on ALL other web sites. I asked this question some time ago, and did not get any solution. Is there some "secret" thing I need to do with Amazon? Could it be my WIFI speed? Try Ethernet? (don't really want to do that) My computers are within a couple of feet from my modem when I try to connect. Once again, 3 DIFFERENT computers, and ONLY AMAZON,,,,,,,,,,,,nothing else. Sure would like some of their deals if I could stay connected.

                             Thank You Old & Gray

Thank you. Tried option 2. The reboot got me on Amazon website. Was able to go between many pages & even log in. Signed off & tried to log on again. All was OK until I tried a search. WIFI disconnected!!!!!!! Maybe I need to reboot modem evert time before I try to get on Amazon. Even that will work if I have to!!

Thanks again for your suggestions. Don, oops I mean Old& Gray

    Hello there, this is Emily.

This sounds like a potential problem with the modem/router.

Is it possible to connect your computer to a different Wifi option and see if it works? That will help narrow it down for sure. For example, do you have a smart phone that you can enable hotspot, and then have the computer connects to your phone's hotspot?

If you cannot perform the above isolation, try to factory reset your modem/router (if you need instruction how to do that, you can get that from your ISP). And see if it helps. If it still doesn't help, a proper isolation by connecting to a different wifi source is necessary for this troubleshooting.
