How do I change the organization name?

I tired to follow those instructions, but they are cryptic and may be outdated. Following those instructions doesn't lead me to the same pages or provides the options described in the instructions and screenshots. I hope the editors see this and can help. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I can login into my account but cant get to sign in to my organization (https://dev.azure.com/{yourorganization}).
Never mind - perhaps I'll try to email MS.
