    Hello,

Sorry for the slowness of my answer. Since you talked about update of drivers, I upgraded my Windows 10 to 11. Since then, I didn't got any bluescreen.

However, my PC booted again to BIOS, again without any boot options. The only way I found to make him boot to Windows is totally strange, and I guess it must be an hardware issue: I power off the laptop, I close it, open it then power it on.

I don't know if you have any advice?

    Thanks,

    VaSaV

    Hi VaSaVSC,

Your minidump file just indicates memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver is listed, was this a one-time cash?

If this was a one-time crash, most likely Windows was updating drivers in the background and that caused a temporary incompatibility and rest assured, there is nothing further you need to do.

If this is an ongoing issue, do you have any more minidump files you can upload for analysis?

    Hi VaSaVSC,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
