CANT change program priority EVEN GIVING ALL ADMIN PERMISSIONS.!

Hi

Im having a problem and I cant find a solution for this. When I open a game (call of duty) I try to change the priority while gaming BUT it just says "The operation cannot be completed - Access denied". I am running the program as an Admin, I already give ALL the permissions for all users (full control, modify, read & execute, read, write). But its the ONLY program that I cannot change the priority and just cant find a solution for this. I checked the bx of run as admin always, I already did everything I know but just doesnt work. I would really appreciate any help for this problem. Thanks!

Hi again!

I already close the background apps, but 100% tiktok studio is taking the "window priority" because as soon I stop the stream on tiktok studio, Call of duty the game gets the Fullscreen exclusive again. I have RTX 3060ti, the main problem here is that I cannot maximixer the priority for call of duty, but even if I minimize the priority for tiktok studio on task bar, it keeps getting the "window priority" and call of duty just doesnt let me use fullscreen exclusive which is very strange.

What exactly is the model and manufacturer of your graphics card?

Initially I recommend that you disable all applications (which you are not using) running in the background;

Press Windows key + i and go to Privacy;

Scroll down and click on Background Applications;

Disable all apps you are not using during Live;

Check if the problem is fixed;

Hi,

I download the game from Steam. The reason of why i want to give priority is because I do live streams, and when I use Tiktok Live studio, I cant play Cod on fullscreen exclusive because it says "your operating system is giving window priority to another window". I have tried not running the tiktok studio as admin but its impossible, as soon I stop the stream on tikton studio, fullscreen exclusive appeara again on call of duty. I need to play on Fullscreen exclusive since pmaying on borderless just lags the game. I hope I explain myself good. Thanks!
