Hello. I am running Windows 11 and I have got this error in my local disk. I cannot access it and it shows my access is denied. I uninstalled some programs which were taking up space before this error suddenly popped up.

Because of this error when I did a restart the desktop screen became black with only the task bar showing and it took at least 5 mins for the screen to show.

I cannot also open any system applications or run anything in administrator mode. I am getting network error code 0x800704b3.

Please help. I am a student i need to work on assignments on my Pc and i cannot with these issues.

    Hi Mohammed_922,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

What software did you uninstall and what method did you use to uninstall the software, did you manually delete files/folders from your drive?

    2

Click your Start Button, then just type rstrui and press Enter.

Do you have a System Restore point dated before this problem started?

Hi! I uninstalled the Epic Games launcher and Online services. I just deleted using the uninstaller in the settings.

No, I don't have any system restore points. Also, I cant access this rstrui command. It is showing a system error.

I tired resetting my PC also but it is not working and showing an error.

    Hi Mohammed_922,

To stabilize your Windows installation, the best option is to perform an in-place repair with the Windows 11 ISO.

Please follow the steps, this is then just an update and your files and applications will remain untouched.

    Click this link:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

to download the Windows 11 ISO

When the ISO file completes downloading

    Disconnect from the Internet

Disconnect all external devices with the exception of a mouse or keyboard.

Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed

Then, in Windows File Explorer, double click the ISO and then run Setup.exe and select the upgrade option.

    Hi Mohammed_922,

If you cannot perform those steps, because your Windows is so corrupt and a Windows reset has not solved this the best option is to create a bootable Windows USB on anther working PC and use that to clean install Windows on your PC, that should result in a stable and responsive operating system.
