Hello,
Recently I've been crashing a lot a couple games and i get either of these messages in Event Viewer.

I've tried a couple solutions that have been suggested in similar problems like Uninstalling/Reinstalling Microsoft Teams or Repairing it, reinstalling the games it happens on, reinstalling windows, etc but I have yet to fix it and it continuously happens.

1. The crash error points to the Display driver, which is so important that merely updating it might not be enough. 2. I would also verify the game with Steam's built-in feature that allows you to verify the integrity of game files. Right-click on Sons of the Forest in your Steam library, select Properties, click on the Local Files tab, and then click on Verify Integrity

I've tried I think all of the fixes that you have linked for the games crashing and non of them have worked. I am now trying to fix the DCOM error and I seem to be unable to make some changes to fix it. In one of the links i have to go to the registry editor and change AppleID permissions for Local Services and when i click apply it tells me i don't have permissions to do so

Thank you for your response. I have been trying the suggested fixes for the past couple of hours and as far as i can tell non of fixes have worked. I still crash on Sons of the Forest and the other games I crash on. I still get the same warnings and errors on event viewer like before and now some i passed by before.
I received the following warnings in event viewer before crashing this time.

The toepassingsspecifiek permission settings do not grant Lokaal Starten permission for the COM Server application with CLSID 

Windows.SecurityCenter.WscBrokerManager

 and APPID

BITS has encountered an error communicating with an Internet Gateway Device.  Please check that the device is functioning properly. BITS will not attempt touse this device until the next system reboot. Error code: 0x800403C8.
