Clear OneDrive document libraries

Question

I'm migrating OneDrives from one tenant to another.
I have completed an initial test run which included the migration of several large OneDrives > 100000 items.
I now need to prepare for the real migration and need to clear the OneDrives at the destination as quite a bit of time has elapsed.
I can delete individual items but this takes too much time to complete.
Is there another way I can approach this problem. Can I delete the document library at the OneDrive site collection & safely create a new document library without any adverse affects.

Per my research, if you use OneDrive for Business, you could try to delete a document library in SharePoint.

As tag "office-onedrive-client-itpro" focuses on general issues about OneDrive client, to better help you, it's suggested to add a tag "office-sharepoint-online".
