I cannot get in to my office web apps

I cannot get in to my web education one note files, word files, and powerpoint files.Also I can't access to my office profile......

My subscription is Office 365 education...

How can I solve this situation...

i would really appreciate if anyone guide me what to do and how to do😭.The situation is really bloody cause I saved my important class works in one note web...🥺
