How do I make an app visible in the company portal?

Im using using intune for the first time ... and am I trying to create apps to be available on the company portal for user initiated install.
I have one user who can see the win32 app (as a featured app) I have created in the company portal (or portal.manage.microsoft.com). But the other user (me) cannot. We share memembership of the same group.

Any ideas on where I would troubleshoot this issue?

    @Pallahue Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, I know that we have two users in a same group, only one can see the assigned win32 app in Inrune portal and another cannot. If there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to let us know.
    For our issue, It looks like our user role is not set appropriately. Role-based access control (RBAC) helps you manage who has access to your organization's resources and what they can do with those resources. By assigning roles to your Intune users, you can limit what they can see and change. Here is an official article that shows how to set user role for your reference:
