Hello Niklas. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

    1. If you know which app uses the .dll then what often fixes .dll errors is to reinstall the app.
    2. If that doesn't fix it then expedite all WIndows Updates from Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates . Install all including Optional, watch for prompt for Restart, then go back to check again until no more are offered. There may be a Visual Studio update containing the .dll files as well as important drivers or enabling software in Optional updates.
    3. Run System File Checker and DISM from Step 10 in this checklist:

    1. If nothing else work then move on to Step 11 in the checklist to do a Repair Install which reinstalls Windows while saving your files and apps in place, brings it up to the latest version by the most stable method, takes about an hour and resolves most problems: https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/fix-windows...

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.
