Ive been having a issue with my computer in which while it happens mostly when I play minecraft. However, it does occasionally happen when im just doing whatever, ive tried to repair my firmware (still happend) and deleted alienware command center because from what I've heard its a hardware issue causing software. Any ideas? It is a freezing and buzzing issue, it makes a sound through my headphones representing that of a buzzing sound. The freezing is a unstoppable freeze on my screen where I have to restart my computer to fix it. It usually happens within 30mins-1hr+ of playtime/browsing. My pc is a DELL G5 5000 prebuilt. Thank you for your help.

Sincerely, Isaac

Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, as per checking and analyzing the event logs you have, there are multiple application errors, in addition, there is no significant error in hardware, may I know the make and model of your Graphics card? so that I can provide you steps wherein we will do clean installation of the graphics card driver first, then we will run system repair if the issue persists.

Let me know how it goes.

    Bernard

    Hi isaac,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Can you share the System and Application event logs?

    >> Open Event Viewer.

    >> Click Windows Logs.

    >> Right-click Application/System.

    >> click "Save all events as"

    >> Select location, name the file, and click Save.

    >> select "Display Information for these languages ", click English and click OK.

    >> Upload the saved log file to OneDrive and share the link here.

    Thanks.
