Ive been having some issues with my gaming pc for some time now. I have reinstalled windows a few times and replaced some hardware but i still keep getting some restarts and blue screens. This was the most recent of the BSOD's. I feel like i have tried everything under the sun from memtest to sfc/scannow and even fresh installs.

The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xffffcf7d01d23a40, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff804087404c0, 0x0000000000000002).

If i remember correctly this happened just after trying to install iCUE.

    Thank you for the rapid response! I have downloaded for the first time in 3 years the AMD chipset driver...(never knew that existed) I have all the other drivers but not that one. I am also installing ver 457.30 of the Nvidia graphics driver to be safe. I will reply back with any other updates i may have. Fingers crossed this is the issue but ive been having a boatload of gremlins lately.

    Dear offroad89,

    in this case, I recommend that you go to your motherboard manufacturer's website and update the drivers: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450M%20Pro4/#Dow...

    and also download the latest driver for your video card: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?

    After updating the drivers, check if the problem still exists, if it does, I will help you with new solutions.

    See you later!

    I didnt mention that the issue is very sporadic. May happen overnight after a few days or an hour after reboot.

     0x000000d1 (0xfffff805b479ba89, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000008, 0xfffff805b479ba89). I have just noticed this bugcheck happened shortly before the 0x00000050 I had described above.

    If you need more details on components i have:

    Ryzen7 2700x (no OC)

    ASROCK B450M PRO4 motherboard

    G.SKILL Ripjaws RAM (2x8G)

    WD Black SN750 NVME 500G

    Gigabyte 2070 Super

    Thermaltake 850W PSU

    Other peripherals are a Corsair strafe mk2 keyboard, dark core rgb mouse, mm100 and the ST100 all from corsair.

    Hello offroad89, welcome to the Microsoft community, my name is Luiz Cruz, an independent consultant and I would be happy to help you.

    I understand that you are having BSOD problems, to be assertive in your problem, please inform the version and build of Windows that is installed, and what is the model and manufacturer of your computer?

    Initially I recommend that you do a clean initialization and see if the problem persists:

    Clean boot

    Clean boot serves to determine whether a background program is interfering with the system or optimizing system loading.

    1. Press the Windows + R keys, type msconfig and click OK;
    2. In the System Configuration window click on the services tab;
    3. At the bottom of the screen check the Hide all Microsoft services box and click Disable all;

    4.Now click on the Programs Startup tab and click Open Task Manager;

    5.When loading the task manager click on the Startup tab and disable all non-Microsoft programs (right click on the program and choose disable), close the Task Manager and click OK on system configuration and restart the computer if requested.

    NOTE: This procedure disables all third party services and programs. You can later, if the problem is solved in this way, selectively enable the programs and services that will start with Windows, instead of keeping all disabled. If the problem returns after activating the startup of a specific service or program, the problem is exactly in the startup of this software and it is recommended to remove it.

    I hope this helps, see you soon!
