When was the issue started?
Have you made some changes that might trigger the concern?
Kindly go to device manager by pressing windows key and type: device manager
On the device manager window look for keyboard.
Expand the keyboard and right click on the list that will show and click on update.
Choose search for automatically updated software.
Click update.
Restart your computer to apply the changes.
If the update didn't work, go to device manager again and uninstall the keyboard.
Click delete box if there is a prompt that will show after you hit uninstall.
Restart your computer to and it will automatically install the driver.
Check if the issue persist.
