Error Code 80092004

unable to download/install 3 updates. Tried again repeatedly. It keeps prompting me on startup to do new download/install but cannot complete tasks. What do I do to drop repeated warning, or try again another way. Windows 7.

    Code 80092004 cannot be fixed with KB4490628 missing.

    On the other hand it's virtually unavailable at Windows Update beginning Patch Day August 2019.

    What are the KB numbers of the failed updates?

    Open Windows Update and click "View update history."
