camera not working for face recognition

here there my camera isn't working for face recognition only i don't what it wrong i have tried everything at this link:

and now i don't know what to do if anyone could help that would be great just in case this helps the red flashy light doesn't flash when need to.

    this it the mo number i think (i just found the device name)

    device name: DESKTOP-H1SJJNG

    Did Windows 10 Hello Facial Recognition previously work on your system?

    If not, you may not have a webcam that supports that functionality, Windows 10 Facial Recognition is more secure than most facial recognition methods and it requires a webcam that supports IR (Infrared) or 3D and many devices to not have that type of webcam

    Check with the specifications of your system to see if it has an IR webcam, or please provide the make and exact Model No. of your system and I can check that for you . .
