Email pops up then disappears. Admin center shows it sent successfully. That is not the case.

Email pops up then disappears. Admin center shows it sent successfully. That is not the case.
Can't figure out where it went. Not in Junk, Clutter or deleted items. More Microsoft garbage I assume. I am using a Mac mini. Missing from iphone as well. Comes up then it is gone. No idea what the tags are below to submit a simple question. Ridiculous
