Hi, My Grandson helped me resolve the issue. The problem was that after the Microsoft upgrade was installed, the screen resolution was altered, and 1920/1080 was not available on my computer. Had to go on to AMD and re-install the driver. Problem now solved. Hope this may possibly help others with the same problem.

2020-11-04T09:41:51+00:00 Hi, I'm Anwille, an Independent Advisor.
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
Please try to Right-click on desktop and click on Display Settings. Then, click on Advanced display settings and change your resolution to the recommended resolution setting. If that doesn't solve your problem, check if the resolution setting below the recommended resolution setting works. If not, check the next and choose the resolution that works. Hope it helps.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can help you further!
