Cannot run any programs that link to Appdata folder

Hi,

When I was trying to clear space on my computer, I decided to cut and paste almost all the files in my LocalLow folder in my Appdata to another disc temporarily. When I pasted them back, the folder no longer works. What I mean by this is that even if I uninstall and re-install a program that uses the LocalLow folder to store data, the folder fails to be re-created. Is there any way to fix this?

HiBeer : That's sound complicated,.if you transfer those files

to a temporary disk : What you should do first, before

try anything else is : To perform a Pc system

Restore to a Date, before made these changes : There're

for win's 8.1 Pro : But work on any 8's version, when you're

on the-Restore window. if the displayed restore points

doesn't take you to a "Date before this happens"
