I have solved the issue. The thing is WSL and the virtual machine platform do not work well with fast-boot. I was able to find it because the WSL was not being initialized properly due to fast-boot. Turned off the fast boot now everything works perfectly.
Enabling Virtual Machine Platform feature causes screen to flicker post boot.
Hi, I tried to get help on this issue here, but at that time I did not know what was causing the screen to flicker. Currently enabling Virtual Machine Platform causes my screen to flicker post-boot. The screen does not flicker when I disable the Virtual Machine Platform feature.

2020-12-05T04:25:53+00:00 I am facing the same issue. Whenever I enable the Virtual Machine platform feature along with WSL 2, the laptop works fine until restart and after first boot, the screen starts flickering as I move the mouse pointer.

What are your system specs?

Thank you.
