    Hi Stavila

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes . . .

    Open Windows File Explorer

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

Last time I received this blue screen was this morning, but the dump files are from 12th and 17th of February. I don't know if will help you.

    Hi Stavila

Your minidump files list two drivers as a cause of your system crashes, the driver on your Nvidia graphics card and snpnio.sys, you should install a slightly older version of the Nvidia graphics card driver, that should be more stable, and with regards to snpnio.sys, not a lot is published about that driver, do you have any non standard hardware connected to your PC?

    1

Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

    Expand the Display Adapters Section

Right click your video card and choose Properties

On the Driver Tab, choose 'Roll back Driver'

Restart your PC once done . . .

    2

If that option is not available or does not resolve the issue, go to the support page for your device on the manufacturers website, then download and install the video driver they recommend, it may well be an older version to the one you are currently running

I will install the latest Nvidia driver. I think the problem is from snpnio.sys. I am an automation engineer, this means I program PLC's(Programmable Logic Controller) . The problem appears when I connect online to the PLC via ethernet cable. What else should I check?

    Hi Stavila

Okay, if you use specific software for your work to connect to program logic controllers, then that snpnio.sys may be part of the software setup for that and if so, that may need to be re-installed also
