Bad Dumpfile

I am getting the following hardware error (from the reliability history) which caused my computer to crash and automatically reboot. I have updated my drivers, motherboard, graphic card, and ran a memtest86 to check on the health of my RAMs and they are all perfectly fine. However, my computer still crashed and rebooted itself. I have reformatted my computer yesterday as the crash and auto-reboot was even worse than now, and have been trying to understand what is the issue for 2 days now. Anyone knows what the error is? :/

Does PC reboots without blue screen? If yes, try to replace power support unit.

Try to remove NVidia card and use Intel graphic.

    Hi Igor,

Can't really remember how long ago I got this PC, but it's about 5 years or so now I believe. It was home assembled. The following image is the details of all the hardware. Graphic card doesnt seem to be shown here, but its a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB.

    Hi Jonathan,

I'm Independent Advisor not Microsoft employee or support person. I have deep enough Windows knowledge and you may trust me. It's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Windows reports hardware error so you need to check your hardware.

How old is PC? Is it laptop or desktop, factory made or home assembled? What is the exact model?

    Please try to downclock RAM.
