Installing VS 2015 fails (A setup package is either missing or damaged)

Question

Hi,

I am working in support team and getting int DEV Topics.
Therefore we have accounts for Vstudio Pro 2015. I am getting errors on windows 10 installation:

A setup package is either missing or damaged

For examples "blendwpfsdk_en.msi", "perfdebuggerwebviews_net.msi".
"Download package" is not working and If I skip them, I have to skip about 50 files and vstudio is not working.

Does anyone have an idea why this is not working?
I downloaded from Microsoft https://my.visualstudio.com/Downloads?q=visual%20studio%202015&wt.mc_id=o~msft~vscom~older-downloads

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

Please have a try with visual studio 2015 enterprise with update 3 ISO image. Download the DVD file in this page, it includes most of packages from the downloading process, but it still need internet connection during the installation. On April 26, 2021, Visual Studio 2015 and older web installer files were removed from the Microsoft Download Center.
