    Hi,

Thank you all. My issue is solved.. Im not a techie...so after a long time messing with the driver software...

Ive downloaded driver for Lenovo L 480 (mine is L410).. The website said this driver wont work in other laptop models. But i gave it a try. I installed the driver manually.

Now my PC is changed.. I am getting good Frame rates while playing games. all games are opening.

    i installed DX9.0C ..

jUST figured out Windows 10 is way too hectic for my aging dual core PC..

Thank you so much for the reply.

NO, The display adapter option does nt have any exclamation marks. it says that the device and drivers are working properly.

For your information, i have rolled back my OS from Win 10 Pro to win 7 Ult, just so that i can play games.

now the games are opening but gives the OpenGl warning and have frame rates of 5-10 fps.. very low perfomance.

LENOVO website product catalogue does not have my model listed Thinkpad L410. Intel website says my video drivers are up to date,,,

Please help solve.. The Open Gl thing is eating my head...

    Please refer the screengrab

    Hi chitranjannair

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

The Intel Mobile 4 Series Chipset is not supported by Intel on Windows 10, the last driver for that was released in 2012

Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

Expand the Display Adapter, does that device have an exclamation mark beside it, or are you running on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter?
