JMeter support for Microsoft Login

Hi,
We are load testing an application using JMeter, wherein the application uses Microsoft Azure Active directory login to login to the application. When we try to record the login part, there are bearer tokens getting generated. Please let me know if we can do load testing on the microsoft login site and if JMeter supports the same.
