Control panel remove programs in dark mode unreadable

I have this problem in the remove programs panel in control panel. The column which it is sorted on is unreadable, how do I fix it?

    Thanks Sumit as well,

    I am updating to 20H2 right now and yes, I have a 3rd party app but the theme function in that is disabled.

    Thanks, Thomas. The version is a stable release - I have 20H2. Two possible scenarios:

    1. 2004 Indeed had this bug (I'll have to open my VM to repro this).
    2. You have a 3rd party app that may be doing this(I see your explorer has tabs that are only possible through the same).

    Can you please uninstall these 3rd party addons temporarily and check?

    Hi Thomas,

    I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 3 year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

    The add or remove program page in the control panel has been deprecated and the customers are advised to use Apps and features in Settings app. Also, in 20H2, the control panel page is all white instead of what you are showing.

    Are you running an Insider Build?
