My notepad is broken.

Question

I don't what this is supposed to be. but all of my notepads now look like this: 

And no, I can't just make a new notepad, as I said this affected every single one of them. Including config files.

Try this to see if the words are typed back sideways.

They are not. But when I type certain letters (ğ,ü,ç,ş) the notepad just goes weird and becomes like how it is on the screenshot. I legit haven't done anything, this wasn't the case yesterday.

What do you see when you do this:

1. Mark this reply, then press Ctrl+C to copy it
2. Press the Windows key+R
3. Type  notepad.exe  and press Enter
4. Press Ctrl+V to paste the text from Step 1.

This is really weird. 

This doesn't happen when I type those stuff myself.

Go on file, set up page, and switch between landscape or portrait.

See if there have been any changes, try writing some text.
