    Hi  Will,

I will be using 'Quick Assist' tomorrow night to give assistance. I was inquiring about my mouse pointer showing on his screen. Now we understand how it appears, after reading articles. Thanks.

    Hello EddieTL,

This is Will C an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to provide further ideas for your inquiry.

When using Quick Assist to provide assistance to the other end you will be prompted with Sharing Options, First is: View Screen which is for viewing only. Second, "Full Control".

Be sure to select Full Control for your session, this allows you to move the mouse pointer, open programs, basically interact with the other person's computer and they will also see what is happening from their end.
