Random black screen (when using Unity3D)

A few seconds after opening a Unity project, my pc monitor turns completely blackrandomly.

Most of the time it turns black then back on after a few seconds and sometimes it shows a "No signal" message and just stays black. I gotta hit winkey+ctrl+shift+b then spam the alt+tab to turn it back on.

Doesn't happen with any other app/game, just with Unity.

Any fix for this?

Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is William. I'm a Microsoft Windows Certified Professional and Systems Administrator. I'll be happy to help you out today.

Any standard troubleshooting done? I would start by reinstalling the Unity hub, following by updating GPU driver to most recent build or (if at most recent) move to an older build. Another option is to reseat the video cables on both ends, replace them, or move to a different type is that is an option, e.g. HDMI, DVI, Display Port.
