Windows Hello setup not working

Hello

I'm having trouble setting up my Windows Hello camera. I'm using a Tobii 4C eye tracker that doubles as an IR camera. The error I get is when I try to enable face recognition, the control panel says "we couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face".

Everything worked fine until some time ago, my guess is I managed to corrupt the Windows Hello data and that the solution would be to clean up any data Windows Hello might still have on my old setup, but I don't know how to do that.

Thanks for any advice you might have.

Best,

Dan

    Hi Chander,

Thanks for your response! This did indeed help solve my problem. After installing those two .inf files, I was able to remove my existing Face data, reinstall the eye tracker software and set everything up again.

    Best,

    Dan
