Device not migrated is interim state in your case. Then device was configured and started. So do not worry about this "not migrated".

Hello,
I have recently purchased a second hand MIDI keyboard, however it is struggling to migrate. Here is my error:

I have tried running pnpclean.dll as well as installing chipset driver updates but neither have worked.
