The Reset this PC option also failed..
STOP CODE: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
After I updating my Windows 10 version, I am facing blue screen error. It shows me stop code error and giving that's name CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED.
N.B: I think the problem started for my network adapter (Modem) driver. Because, after entering the Modem, My PC went to blue screen error. What should I do now?
Thanks in advance.....

2020-10-04T18:51:04+00:00 Hi Dave,
I am greatful to you...
But I am sorry to say you that I had tried all the options you asked before...
I had tried all the options in Advanced Options except Command Prompt...
For Command Prompt option, I tried two options, sfc scanner and Regback.. But these also failed..
The startup repair was failed to fix the problem.. From logfiles I was informed that startup repair found two unknown errors.. And these error is for the pending installed modem driver... The modem software was 99% installed... But while installing drivers it went to Blue Screen error...
I had also tried all Startup settings options,Ufirm option,System restore point options, but all goes in vane...
Can you suggest me any other options please????

Are you able to get into the Recovery Environment using the following method?
Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down
Do this twice
On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.
Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .
Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair
See if Windows startup can repair itself
Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore
Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to
If you do not have a Restore Point, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart
Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode
Once in Safe Mode, backup your data if you do not already have a backup
Open Device Manager and check to make sure all your Drivers are up to date
Reboot to see if Windows will start Normally
If the above fails, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC
Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing
Then start the Reset

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .
Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes . . .
Open Windows File Explorer
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link
Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .
